About True Mysteries

True Mysteries is a serious online magazine devoted to real, documented mysteries and unexplained phenomena. We are not a tabloid: no ghost stories, no invented sensations, no clickbait. Only cases that actually happened and left a documentary trail.

Every article is researched against credible, publicly available sources — official archives and declassified government files, scientific journals, respected newspapers of record, university research and court documents. Facts are cross-checked before publication; whatever remains speculation is clearly labeled as disputed.

Each story carries one of three honest labels: Documented — the events are verified, the explanation still open; Disputed — key parts of the story are contested; Solved — science eventually found the answer, and we tell you how.

The magazine is updated frequently — new stories are published on an ongoing basis, and the archive keeps growing. It is published in eight languages: English, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, French and Italian.

How our articles are written

True Mysteries is produced by a very small editorial desk. Research and drafting are done with the help of artificial-intelligence tools, working to a fixed set of editorial rules written by the desk. We say this openly because you are entitled to know how what you read was made.

The magazine publishes to a fixed daily schedule, and publication itself is automated. It is not unchecked: before an article goes live, an automated gate verifies its structure, its length and that all eight language versions are complete, and rejects anything that fails. A second set of checks — our house style, and whether the subject of the case appears in the headline and the summary — blocks publication too: an article that fails is sent back and rewritten.

Responsibility for everything published here belongs to the editorial desk, not to the tool. A case is chosen only when it left a documentary trail that can be checked; where sources disagree, the article says so, and what remains speculation is marked as speculation.

We do not publish sponsored content, and we never accept payment for mentioning a person, a product or an organisation.

Who publishes this magazine

True Mysteries is an independent, privately owned magazine, published by SGSD Apps. It has no corporate owner, no outside investors, and no political party, government body or organisation behind it.

It is funded by its readers. There are currently no advertisements on the site, no sponsored articles and no affiliate links; the only income is reader subscriptions. Should advertising ever be introduced, it will be clearly labelled as advertising.

Corrections and feedback

We correct mistakes openly. If you find an inaccuracy in an article — a date, a name, a number, a source — write to sgsdapps@gmail.com with the article title and what you believe is wrong. We read every message.

A claim you raise is checked against the original sources. If a factual error is confirmed, the article is corrected in all eight languages, and the date of the correction is shown at the top of the article next to the publication date.

A correction that changes the meaning of a story is stated inside the article itself, not quietly swapped in. We do not delete articles to make an error disappear.

Terms of Use

1. Service

True Mysteries provides access to magazine articles. A limited number of full articles can be read each month without any account; full ongoing access is provided through a paid subscription.

2. Subscription & billing

There are two plans. The YEARLY plan is a single payment for 12 months: no automatic renewal and no recurring charge - when the year ends nothing is billed unless you choose to buy again. The MONTHLY plan renews automatically every month and is billed through a PayPal account, so one is required; you may cancel it at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing us, and cancelling stops every future charge. If the magazine is not for you, email us within 30 days of a yearly purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

3. Payments & card data

You can pay with a regular credit or debit card - a PayPal account is not required. Payments are processed by PayPal on PayPal's secure systems. We never receive or store your card details.

4. Content

We invest serious effort in accuracy and rely on credible sources, but articles deal with historical events and open questions; they are provided for reading and general knowledge, not as professional advice. Where sources conflict, we say so.

5. Copyright

All articles are original writing by the magazine. You may share links freely; copying or republishing the text or images requires written permission.

6. Reader comments

Comments are moderated before publication. Offensive, defamatory or spam content will not be approved.

7. Privacy

We store only the details needed to run your account (name, email, subscription status). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not store payment card details.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
